Studio Manager & Founders
Our founders, Adam and Becca, launched their business in May 2016, right before getting married themselves. Since then, they've captured over 250 weddings and have fallen even more in love with this job.
In 2019, they began growing what is now A.R. Davis Media. The team grew from a foundation of intentionality and exceptional attention to detail.
Becca built the foundation and experience and will be your studio manager and main point of contact throughout the wedding experience. Adam is our director of team development. You can count on us to build exceptional timelines, answer all of your questions, plan all team logistics, and ensure your day runs smoothly.

What is A.R. Davis Media’s Style?
Our team approaches weddings with a warm, candid, story-telling style. We utilize natural light and put an emphasis on capturing simple moments while also being there for the big moments. Our associates each have a unique shooting style, and all images and films are edited in our consistent, timeless A.R. Davis Media editing style.
Do you use backups?
YES! Our team is heavily trained on the importance of keeping your images and videos safe. From back up gear to backing up your files, we’ve got you covered.
How does bundling work?
The more you bundle with us, the more you save! We love the idea of helping your budget go further. You’ll receive 10% off when bundling photography and videography.
Where are you located?
A.R. Davis Media is based in the Midwest. We provide wedding photography, videography, and photo booth services throughout the Midwest with extra focus on: Indianapolis and Louisville.
Can I pick my team?
While your contract will be with A.R. Davis Media, we do try to ensure you have the team you’d like! When you reach out, let us know if you have a preference for who you’d like to capture your wedding. If they are available, awesome! If not (or if you don’t have a preference), we’ll fill you in on who is available. Each of our team members is exceptional!
Who will we talk with on a day-to-day basis?
Our studio manager will be your wedding BFF. They’ll be there to help with your timeline, answer any of your questions, and support you from beginning to end.
When do I receive my images and videos?
Your wedding images will be delivered within 6–8 weeks, and your films will be delivered within 12 weeks. Engagement sessions are delivered within 3 weeks.
You can also count on sneak peeks within 2 weeks.
I’m ready to book! What is next?
To lock in your date on our calendar, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract. Dates are not held until a deposit is paid and a contract is signed.
