Our team of photographers, videographers, day-of coordinators, and photo booth operators are here for you.
The A.R. Davis Media team is here for the big moments and the simple in-between ones. We’ll be there to hold your train, pin on boutonnières, grab drinks during portraits, and make you feel like the stars you are.
We take growing the A.R. Davis Media team very seriously. Each member of our team is hand-selected and participates in team training events throughout the year.
Our dedicated and extremely organized studio manager will be there for you each step of the way, ensuring a stress free experience! They’ll build your time, guide your team, and make sure you know exactly what to expect.
Wedding Services & Investments
Photography
Starting at $2,000 Nov-April | Starting at $2,900 May-Oct
All wedding photography services are custom designed to you and your wedding. Our base collection includes 6 hours of wedding day coverage, an engagement session, printing rights, timeline creation, and support.
Customizations include extra coverage and second photographers.
Videography
Starting at $2,200 Nov-April | Starting at $3,100 May-Oct
Our base collection includes 6 hours of wedding day coverage and a 3-5 minute highlight film with audio and curated music.
Customizations include: ceremony films, toast films, keepsake documentary films, extra coverage, and additional videographers.
Day-of coordination

Let our team take on the logistics of wedding day so you, your family, and your friends can be fully present. We’ll coordinate timelines with vendors, keep things on track throughout the day, help decorate, and be there for teardown at the end of the night.
Photo booth

Trust us when we say your guests are going to love this photo booth! It’s not only user friendly but also so sleek that it will fit right into your reception. Your guests are going to love downloading the images and videos straight to their phones, and you are going to love the photo booth gallery you’ll get the next day!

The Process
Step 1
Inquire: After you inquire, our studio manager will share the investment brochure where you can build out a completely custom wedding package that fits you.
Step 2
Book: You’ll submit your selections back to us, let us know if you’re ready to book or if you have a few questions! Once you’re ready to book, Emma will send over your contract so you can lock in your date and a photographer.
Step 3
The Fun Part! You’ll be officially welcomed in to the A.R. Davis Media family with some really incredible resources - made just for our couples! If you’re doing an engagement session, we’ll get that on your photographers calendar ASAP.
Step 4
Wedding & Delivery: We’ll plan out your timeline and all of the details prior to wedding day. On wedding day, your team will show up, make you feel like a star all day long and then get home and back up your photos right away. You can expect sneak peeks within 2 week and your final gallery 6 weeks after wedding day.

Where are you located?

Do you use backups?
Absolutely. Our team is heavily trained on the importance of keeping your images and videos safe. From backup gear to backing up your files, we’ve got you covered.
How does bundling work?
Bundling our wedding services will not only make your experience smoother by combining vendors into one, but we also offer a 10% bundling discount!
I’m ready to book! What is next?
To lock in your date on our calendar, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract. Dates are not held until a deposit is paid and a contract is signed.
