Kate Hunter was born and raised in Detroit, MI, and moved to Nashville, TN in 2015 to attend Belmont University. She studied photography at school and spent the majority of her undergrad years in the dark room learning to develop and scan film.
Kate loves capturing people in their element - and on your wedding day, she prioritizes the people and moments that matter most to you.

Kate has a corgi named Tex (short for Texas) and her family has a corgi named Huckleberry.
Kate’s love for travel has taken her to India 5 times - and she’s always planning her next trip!
